Ghana Black Stars defender,Alexander Kwabena Baidoo Djiku has gifted a free goal to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) talisman, Kylian Mbappe.
Strasbourg FC hosted PSG on Friday night, April 29, 2022 in their Ligue 1 encounter.
PSG had come from behind to lead Strasbourg 2 – 1, thanks to Mbappe’s equalizer in the 23rd minute and Hakimi’s 64th minute double.
And a defensive blunder from Djiku helped Mbappe to increase PSG goals to 3.
In the 68th minute, the highly hyped defender, Djiku sheepishly passed Mbappe, giving the Frenchman a one-on-one opportunity with Strasbourg’s goalkeeper which he netted quite superbly.
An own-goal by Veratti helped Strasbourg to close the goal gap between they and PSG in the 75th minute.
